Analysis
Daily value against its smoothed trend and normal range. Point color shows
status.
Sleep Stages
Light/REM/Deep sleep, stacked - the full stack height is total time asleep.
Trend Over Time
Compare Two Metrics
Correlation Between Metrics
Pearson correlation coefficient across all numeric columns, using rows where both values are
present. 1 = perfectly correlated, -1 = perfectly inverse, 0 = no relationship.
Your data syncs automatically every hour and whenever Google Health has new data. Intraday sync pulls yesterday and today now, the same as the header's sync button; Full sync does the same and counts as a full daily sync.
History
Pull in older data from Google Health. Re-syncing a range you already have is harmless.

Scoring & Goals
Baseline Bands
Width of the rolling-baseline Lower/Upper Bands, in standard deviations. Also sets the readiness card's Fair/Low cutoff.
The readiness score and rolling charts smooth over this many recent days. Applies to HRV and RHR; Sleep uses its own window.
Sleep's own acute window, separate from HRV and RHR, since a single night's sleep duration is much noisier.
How far back the rolling mean, SD and bands are computed from.
Readiness Score Weights
How much HRV counts toward the composite readiness score. 0 leaves it out entirely; weights are relative to each other and don't need to add up to anything.
How much resting heart rate counts toward the composite readiness score. 0 leaves it out entirely; weights are relative to each other and don't need to add up to anything.
How much sleep counts toward the composite readiness score. 0 leaves it out entirely; weights are relative to each other and don't need to add up to anything.
Goals
How much sleep you need each night - 420 is 7 hours, 480 is 8. Sleep Debt counts every night short of this.
How far under calories burned you aim to eat each day. Use a negative number for a surplus.
Activities
What you can log on the Activity Log. Hidden activities aren't offered as cards, but entries already logged against them still show.
Readiness Sandbox
Everything below is a live, local "what if" - nothing here is saved or sent anywhere. Pick a day to seed
the raw values from (or type your own hypothetical numbers), tweak the knobs, and the composite score
recomputes instantly using the exact same math as the real dashboard.
As-of Day
Rolling Windows & Weights
Raw Metric Values
Pre-filled from the as-of day above - edit any of them to model a hypothetical day.

Set up Medor Health
Your dashboard is built from your Google Health data - sleep, heart rate, HRV, activity and more, from your watch or phone.
Setup takes about a minute: connect your Google Health account, choose how much history to bring in, and your charts and insights fill in.
Connect your Google Health account. You'll be sent to Google to approve read-only access - the dashboard can see your data but never change it - and brought straight back here.
Use the same Google account you signed in with. If Google warns the app isn't verified, choose Advanced → Go to … to continue.
Connected. How much of your history should be brought in? More history gives steadier baselines for your readiness score - you can always sync more later from Settings.
Bringing in your history…
You can close this - the sync keeps going, and your dashboard fills in when it's done.
You're all set.
From here on your data syncs automatically - each morning once last night's data reaches Google Health, and hourly through the day.
One more optional step: the Activity Log is for things your watch doesn't track - medication, symptoms, anything you want to note. Set up what you'd like to log on the Activities page.
