By using Medor Health ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Medor Health is a personal health dashboard that displays data from your Google Health account and information you enter yourself. Access is by invitation, and it may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.

Not medical advice

Medor Health provides general wellness information only. It is not a medical device, and its charts, scores and summaries are not a diagnosis or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Don't ignore or delay seeking medical advice because of anything shown in the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity under it. Use the app only with your own data, and don't attempt to access other people's data or interfere with the service.

Your data

You own your data. How we collect, use and protect it is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Google Health or ask for your account to be deleted at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medor Health and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
