Your health data, in context.
Medor Health is a personal health dashboard. It reads the data your devices already record in Google Health - sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability, activity and more - and shows how each day compares with your own recent baseline.
Daily readiness
A composite score built from your sleep, resting heart rate and HRV, measured against your own rolling averages rather than population norms.
Trends and baselines
Charts for every tracked metric, with rolling baseline bands that make unusual days stand out.
Activity log
Log things like supplements, workouts or late meals, and see them alongside your health data.
Daily briefing
An optional plain-language summary of the day's readiness insights, plus optional push notifications.
How Medor Health uses your Google data
When you sign in, Medor Health uses your Google account's name and email address to identify you. If you choose to connect Google Health, the app requests read-only access to your health metrics, activity, sleep and nutrition data, and uses it solely to display your dashboard and compute your baselines and readiness score. Your data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. You can disconnect Google Health at any time in Settings.
